7/29/2026 - BOD ELECTIONS FOR FY 2027
The calendar for Board elections for FY 2027 has been set.

7/28/2026 - QUIETER HOMES PROGRAM
The program has met with participating owners.  Owners have made choices from available options.  At its July 29 meeting, the Board formally approved the Quieter Homes proposal and discussed means to implement its terms consistent with the CC&Rs and other concerns.  (See Board meeting agenda attachment)

3/24/2026 - NEW QUIETER UNITS PAGE
Information about the complex's participation in the noise-reduction program through the San Diego Airport will be posted to the new Quieter Units page. 

1/13/2026 - BOARD ELECTIONS FY 2026
The three current directors were reelected for FY 2026.
Officer roles remain the same.

9/14/2025 - INSURANCE
The HOA's existing insurance policies have been renewed for 2025-26. Updated insurance information is on the Documents page.
