10/15/2026 - TERMITE INSPECTION ON NOVEMBER 5
The annual termite inspection has been schedule for Thursday, November 5, starting at 8 a.m. See the Termite Notice for more information.  A copy was mailed to all residents on October 8.

10/15/2026 - TREE TRIMMING ON NOVEMBER 3
The podocarpus and carrotwood trees trees in the driveway area will be trimmed on Tuesday, November 3 starting at 8:00 a.m.  It may take much of the day.  Outdoor parking spots near the trees should be left vacant to avoid damage.

10/13/2026 - BOARD ACTIONS:
RESERVE STUDY, BUDGET, DUES INCREASE
Actions taken by the Board at its regular meeting on October 13:
(i) The draft reserve study was reviewed and approved.  The final version has been posted to the "Documents" page.
(ii) A budget for FY 2027 was adopted.  It is has been posted to the "Documents" page.
(iii) An increase in monthly HOA dues from $550 to $605, effective January 1, 2027, was approved.  Updated dues coupons have been posted to the "Documents" page.

9/24/2026 - SECTION 4600 VOTE RESULTS
The HOA solicited owner approval to use general use common area for the air conditioning condensers for front units under the QH program.  17 "yes" votes were required for passage.  Of the 24 units in the complex, 21 voted "yes," 1 voted "no," and 2 did not respond.  See the Quieter Units page for more information.

8/20/2026 - INSURANCE RENEWED
Insurance coverage for 2026-27 has been renewed.  Policies are posted on the Documents page.

7/29/2026 - BOD ELECTIONS FOR FY 2027
The calendar for Board elections for FY 2027 has been set.

7/29/2026 - QUIETER HOMES PROGRAM
The program has met with participating owners.  Owners have made choices from available options.  At its July 28 meeting, the Board formally approved the Quieter Homes proposal and discussed means to implement its terms consistent with the CC&Rs and other concerns.  (See Board meeting agenda attachment)

3/24/2026 - NEW QUIETER UNITS PAGE
Information about the complex's participation in the noise-reduction program through the San Diego Airport will be posted to the new Quieter Units page.
