9/23/2025 - BOARD ELECTIONS FY 2026
The calendar for the FY 2026 Board of Directors election has been adopted.  Nominations are due by November 24.  Ballots will be mailed in early December and are due by January 5.  See the full notice here:

9/15/2025 - ANNUAL TERMITE INSPECTION

9/14/2025 - INSURANCE
The HOA's existing insurance policies have been renewed for 2025-26. Updated insurance information is on the Documents page.

8/12/2025 - AB 130 RULES UPDATE
At its August 12 meeting, the Board adopted changes to the Rules & Guidelines to comply with recent changes in state law (AB 130).  An updated edition of the Rules has been posted to the website.
