1/28/2026 - TREE TRIMMING
The Cassia trees on the street side of the complex will be trimmed on Wednesday, January 28.  The project is likely to take all day.  There will be no street parking.

1/13/2026 - BOARD ELECTIONS FY 2026
The three current directors were reelected for FY 2026.
Officer roles remain the same.

9/14/2025 - INSURANCE
The HOA's existing insurance policies have been renewed for 2025-26. Updated insurance information is on the Documents page.

8/12/2025 - AB 130 RULES UPDATE
At its August 12 meeting, the Board adopted changes to the Rules & Guidelines to comply with recent changes in state law (AB 130).  An updated edition of the Rules has been posted to the website.
