The annual termite inspection has been schedule for Thursday, November 5, starting at 8 a.m.  See the Termite Notice for more information.

The HOA is in the process of soliciting owner approval to use general use common area for the air conditioning condensers for front units under the QH program.  See the Quieter Units page for more information.

8/20/2026 - INSURANCE RENEWED
Insurance coverage for 2026-27 has been renewed.  Policies are posted on the Documents page.

7/29/2026 - BOD ELECTIONS FOR FY 2027
The calendar for Board elections for FY 2027 has been set.

7/29/2026 - QUIETER HOMES PROGRAM
The program has met with participating owners.  Owners have made choices from available options.  At its July 28 meeting, the Board formally approved the Quieter Homes proposal and discussed means to implement its terms consistent with the CC&Rs and other concerns.  (See Board meeting agenda attachment)
