2/24/2026 - QUIETER HOMES PROGRAM
The complex has qualified for the Quieter Homes program through the
San Diego Airport.  The program has scheduled meetings with owners
for March 23 and 24.  The Board will be discussing the matter
at its next meeting, currently set for March 31.

1/13/2026 - BOARD ELECTIONS FY 2026
The three current directors were reelected for FY 2026.
Officer roles remain the same.

9/14/2025 - INSURANCE
The HOA's existing insurance policies have been renewed for 2025-26. Updated insurance information is on the Documents page.
