Minutes

When part of a regularly scheduled board meeting is an executive session, detailed minutes of that portion of the meeting may not be posted online.  Owner discipline matters will be described in general terms without specific mention of a unit number.  If a fine is imposed for violating HOA rules, the nature of the violation and the amount of the fine will often be listed.  If a board meeting is solely an executive session, then neither the date of the meeting nor the minutes are posted online.
